REPORT OF THE LENHAM PARISH COUNCIL PLANNING COMMITTEE

HELD IN THE COMMUNITY CENTRE ON MONDAY 1st AUGUST 2016 AT 7.30pm

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

Proposals for a small development of seven high specification houses at Kilnwood Farm Sandway, were presented to the planning committee. The land owners have contacted Kent Wildlife and Natural England along with the Environmental Agency for advice concerning the ecology of the site. Utility providers will also be contacted.  The time scale of the build is forty-one months.  The site as present is classified as GT18

with provision for 2 static units and 2 mobile units.  Cllrs. thanked the owners and their agent for the information and look forward to the plans being submitted through the usual channels.

 

The Chairman opened the meeting at 7.55pm.

No comments.

 

16/505235/FULL         The installation of 1no. 600mm diameter radio link dish at

28th July                       a height of 26.3m AGL fixed to a new wall bracket pole;

Non-visible equipment works within the existing equipment cabin; and ancillary development thereto including all necessary cablings and fixings. Rayner Hill Lenham ME17 2ED

No objections.

 

  1. NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN REPORT

Discussions focused on the proposed developments south of the railway line. It is recommended a meeting be organised with MBC to discuss master planning for the provision of a spine road to link the developments with Old Ham Lane.

The NHP team will meet with the agents representing the landowners south of the railway line.

A newsletter will be produced and a public meeting during September to give an update on the plan progress.
