  1. NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN REPORT

A newsletter will be inserted in the September issue of the Focus Magazine with an up to date plan progress report.  A public consultation will be organised once amendments to the plan have been agreed.  A meeting will be arranged with Country Style developers.

 

  1. CORRESPONDENCE

The sale of the allotments at Ham lane from St John Ambulance to LPC is making progress. Details will be available following the land agent’s site visit.

The transfer of the Glebe Pond to the LPC will be undertaken once heads of terms have been agreed.

Cllr. Greenwood is making enquiries concerning the landscaping, buffer zone and netting provision for the cricket field at the former URC site.
