18/501602/FULL Demolition of conservatory & erection of single storey extension.
Keepers Farm Cottage Old Ham lane Lenham
We wish to object. There is no way we can form an objective view on the basis of the amateurish drawings submitted. The design and access statements are poor and incomplete we are surprised that the application has proceeded thus far.

18/501387/FULL Erection of a two-storey rear extension~
Spittal Crouch Lenham Heath Road Sandway

We have no comments

18/501630/FULL   Car hand-wash facility
The Coach Park Old Ashford Road Lenham

This item had just arrived earlier in the afternoon – the drawings had not yet been submitted.
It was noted however that this application included a water cleaning and recycling system (unlike the previous application). This item was deferred until the next LPC Planning meeting to allow time for further study.

  1. NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN REPORT
It was noted that the SEA Environmental report had been recently circulated for discussion at the next neighbourhood plan meeting. This document is an independent examination the Neighbourhood Plan and is designed to highlight other options which Committee could have considered.
It was considered that the report given at the LPC Assembly the previous week covered all other aspects of the Neighbourhood Plan itself.
  2. CORRESPONDENCE RECEIVED
    None received
  3. THE PADDOCK DEVELOPMENT
The report of the meeting held with the developers had been circulated. The payment to be made as a gesture of good faith in respect of the removal of the boundary trees was noted.
It was reported that an excavation at the end of the Easement Pathway had uncovered a Sewer Pipe. If this was of sufficient diameter a manhole would be constructed at this point to allow connection of the development to the main sewer.

The meeting closed at 8.30pm
