We have no objections.

No comments, other than noting the site is in an unsustainable area.

  1. NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN REPORT

The freedom of information request from a landowner concerning land to the west of Ham Lane has been submitted as requested and confirmed with the ICO office.

The first phase of the funding grant for the NHP master planning transport project will be applied for.

 

  1. CORRESPONDENCE RECEIVED

A resident raised concerns about the development site south of Glebe pond, due to the possibility of a culvert running through the site. Details will be sent to the developer for information.
