The Neighbourhood plan was discussed in general and it was suggested that more homework and preparation could be undertaken before planning applications are put before the borough for consideration.
The importance of protecting the unique cultural heritage should be built into the plan.
A feature of the landscape characteristics including the footpaths and views of and from the Cross should be of major consideration. The meeting on the 21st February is vital to move the plan forward in a cohesive manner.
The Chairman opened the meeting at 8.00pm
