We object, and request amended drawings showing the dimensions and elevations on the plan. The description is incorrect, this is not a replacement garage it is a tandem garage. The elevations do not relate to north, south, east and west as suggested by a separate street map extract. Without the dimensions we cannot confirm that CIL is not applicable.

- NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN REPORT
Following Sibley Pares being unable to provide a viability report for the William Pitt field site, Cllr. Greenwood is investigating other companies who are able to provide a report on behalf of LPC.
Countryside developers are in communication concerning the William Pitt field and a full report will be available outlining the next stage and progress of the site.
The Neighbourhood Plan Group continue to meet with developers and landowners to progress the plan to the next stage.
Cllr. Ratcliffe suggested looking for sites suitable to provide local needs social housing. He is progressing the investigations into the access ownership to the allotment site.
Cllr. Walmsley and Ratcliffe will organise pre-planning advice from MBC concerning the proposed nursery and sports facilities.
The full transport assessment will be available and then options for extra parking for the village can be considered, no decisions have been made thus far.

Cllrs. Cockett and Greenwood will attend the CPRE AGM at the Community Centre on the 9thNovember on behalf of the council.
Cllr. Ballard continues to correspond with KCC concerning the A20 Faversham Road works and RTO.
