REPORT OF THE PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING HELD IN THE COMMUNITY CENTRE ON MONDAY 2nd OCTOBER 2017 at 7.30pm
A resident from Old Ham Lane suggested options for a development site on land not previously presented.
Cllrs. advised the land owner to present the idea to the NHP group at the next meeting. Cllrs. requested clarification and land registry plan for consideration.
A representative of the landowner explained the details of the application on the Jones Homes site in Ham Lane. Contact will be made with the NHP group for further discussion.
The meeting was opened at 8.15pm

Approval of Reserved Matters for the erection of 70 dwellings (Appearance, Landscaping, Layout and Scale being sought) pursuant to 14/502973/FULL – Outline application for the erection of 82 new residential
Dwellings together with access onto Ham Lane, internal roads, parking, landscaping and ancillary works on land at Ham Lane.
To be discussed further at the full council meeting 4th October.

We wish to object and call into planning committee.
Cllr. Walmsley confirmed a watching brief on the car wash facility at Old Ashford Road. He will report to full council on correspondence with the Environmental Agency.

Cllr. Cockett will speak with the PMC Consultancy to confirm future expected costs and time scale of each project. This will enable forward planning for budget purposes.
