Demolition of existing conservatory and erection of a two-storey rear extension.

34 Maidstone Road Lenham ME17 2QJ

This is an over development of the property; the new rear building line is far wider and therefore approaching the adjacent properties.  Inadequate detailed plans which do not show dimensions on elevations existing or proposed.

We wish to object as more detail is required to prove that the proposed roof line is achievable as shown (a detailed section through the building in two directions)

Lawful Development Certificate (Existing) for the siting of 3no. static mobile homes in rear garden, two of which have been located at the site for over 10 years and one which has been used as ancillary accommodation to the main dwelling for 3 years.

We wish to object to caravans being used as accommodation in the rear garden.

Submission of details pursuant to Condition 1 (Contamination), Condition 2 (Closure Report), Condition 3 (Details of drainage works) for planning permission 17/506248/PNPA.

Blue House Farm Warren Street Lenham ME17 2ED

We wish to object due to the lack of SUDS provision on site, taking into consideration the considerable flooding issues in the nearby vicinity, SUDS should be in place before the development is too advanced.

Cllr. Walmsley will investigate further the details of the above submission and request clarification of drainage details and site-specific flood-risk assessment.
