We wish to object on the grounds that the proposed new building will encroach across the notional building line.

Providing the new building cannot be sold separately and is tied to the house and always remains with the main house as a holiday let property only.  

We would have no objections.

We wish to object, site over development and too close to adjoining neighbours. The existing mobile homes do not have permission and should be removed.

  1. NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN REPORT

The grant from MBC will be signed following confirmation of LPC full insurance coverage.

A statement concerning the future of the William Pitt Field will be agreed at the next LPC meeting.

Correspondence with Jones Homes concerning the road access to the A20 is ongoing.

Cllrs. Osborne & Greenwood will meet with the Nursery management and report back.

 

  1. CORRESPONDENCE RECEIVED

Issues with the developers at the Paddocks site include water drainage connections and problems with off site parking, causing traffic hazards on the A20. Cllr. Ballard is monitoring the proposed traffic speed reduction near the site following the receipt of a consultation letter.

A meeting will be organised with the site foreman to discuss concerns.

 

Cllr. Cockett recommends a quote be sought for the dredging of Glebe pond before meeting with the land owners. Cllr. Greenwood will organise a quote.
