REPORT OF THE PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING 7.30pm ON WEDNESDAY 21stFEBRUARY 2018 IN THE COMMUNTIY CENTRE.

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

A pre-application presentation for discussion was received by members, concerning a two-storey rear extension to a property in Lenham Heath Road, Sandway. The extension did not impinge on neighbouring properties. The Chairman thanked the two members of the public for the information.

Planning meeting minutes clarification concerning William Pitt Field has been requested by a parishioner.  The proposals for William Pitt field will be an agenda item at the March council meeting.

A request from MBC for the new road name for development at Tanyard Farm.

Cllrs. recommend Tanyard Lane.

Public path order No KH384 representations or objections to be made by 29thMarch.
