Two residents from Loder Close were concerned about the proposed new development application west of Loder Close.  Cllr. Gillett confirmed the NHP settlement boundary was an argument to try and stop development west of Ham Lane.  Cllr. Cockett suggested putting objections in writing to MBC.

Cllr. Jerrett disclosed he lived in the neighbouring area and would be objecting to the proposal.

The committee would discuss calling the application into MBC planning committee.
