Cllr. A Ratcliffe proposed, Cllr. J Britt seconded and it was RESOLVED to withdraw the objection to 19/503995/EIFUL on land at Old Ham Lane Lenham. Original objections relating to road infrastructure have now been resolved through conditions on the application.
- NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN REPORT
A meeting with Sibley Pares on Monday 21st October concerning the tender process for possible development at William Pitt Field will be deferred until all relevant documentation is made available to all the Planning Committee members.
Cllr. Osborne reported on the Brexit briefing he attended, relating to the plans in place to ensure HGV traffic flow on the M20 & M2 through Kent was controlled in the scenario of a no deal Brexit.
- Members discussed in camera the details of the MBC Local Plan call for sites. The information will be made public by MBC on 4th November.
