Held in the community centre on Wednesday 3rd March 2014 at 7:30pm

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

Representatives of the company developing the land at Glebe Gardens highlighted changes to the layout of the site and a reduction in numbers of properties to eight in total.  Cllr. Gillett asked if consultation had been undertaken with the residents, including increased construction traffic movements. Development outside the village envelope was discussed. A meeting will be organised to look at improvement works to the pond.

4. NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN REPORT

A meeting has been organised for 10th March to meet Robert Offord to discuss future consultation works with MBC.

5. CORRESPONDENCE

Kingsley at Designscape are reviewing the application at the United Reform Church, following an approach from Cllr. Greenwood, who highlighted concerns for the future of the cricket club.

Cllr. Gillett proposed, Cllr. Willis seconded and it was RESOLVED to recommend the contents of a letter from Coxheath PC to MBC with reference to the Local Plan, at the next LPC meeting (5th March)
