LNPG MEETING HELD AT 7.45pm 25th SEPTEMBER 2018 AT LENHAM COMMUNITY CENTRE

The Minutes of the previous meeting were accepted and signed off.
Update on Tanyard Farm meeting : RG stated that following various meetings, discussions and agreements LPC has withdrawn their objections to the Tanyard Farm North Planning Application.
Update on Infrastructure Delivery Group: PM stated a further meeting had taken place, all landowners/developers of the allocated sites attended with the exception of the owners/representatives of the Towers/Eastwood land. The members of the Infrastructure Group have been invited to give presentations at the Consultation Day on the 6th October. PM stated that it was agreed that the landowners/developers will fund the preparation of an Agricultural Report.

VW confirmed the necessary arrangements were progressing well
The Draft Plan, Transportation Assessment and SEA report have all been loaded on to the Parish website. Statutory Consultees have been notified of the publication and given a link to the Parish website to view the documents Copies of the documents will also be displayed at the Community Centre, the library, Len Valley Surgery, schools, shops and pubs.
The meeting then discussed and agreed amendments to the flyer promoting the Consultation Day (this being the second flyer to be produced and circulated). The agreed final version to be delivered to all households within the Parish with copies being made available at various schools and retail outlets within the Parish.
The questionnaire for the Consultation Day to be discussed at the next meeting.
PM to produce draft format in relation to the Q and A forum to take place at the consultation event.
Next Steps: PM had drafted and circulated a document relating to the next steps to be taken with regard to the Plan which includes the preparation of a Consultation Statement needed to accompany LNP Regulation 16, a Basic Conditions Statement together with a report on the viability of sites and a health check needs to be carried out. The document once reviewed by PM to be displayed on the 6th October.
AW raised the question of allocation of publicly accessible outdoor sports areas and following discussion it was agreed that A Radcliffe will be asked to consult with Sports England on the redevelopment of William Pitt Field and the provision of a new larger playing field.
