MINUTES OF LNPG MEETING HELD 7.45pm on the 12th JUNE 2018 AT LENHAM COMMUNITY CENTRE

No conflicts of interest were received arising from the Agenda.
The Minutes of the previous meeting were agreed and signed off
Tanyard Farm. PM confirmed that no new plans had been submitted in relation to the proposed development at Tanyard Farm North. RG stated that he was in the process of arranging a meeting with Mr Bailey.
Transportation Study. PM stated this was going forward with a further meeting planned before the end of June.
It was noted that the requirement of MBC for a Transportation Study would delay the production of Lenham Neighbourhood Plan
It is proposed that a meeting will take place at the beginning of July with PBA and KCC.
Infrastructure Delivery. PM had circulated a copy of the meeting of the Infrastructure Delivery Group held on the 7th June, copy attached. The next meeting of the Infrastructure Delivery Group has been arranged for the 2nd August when PBA would be invited to attend and give a presentation.
PM referred LNPG to the fact that MBC were no longer pressurising for the production of LNP. Following discussions it was agreed LNPG would proceed with LNP in accordance with its present aspirations.
Education. A response from KCC to PM’s correspondence is still awaited.
Jenny Whittle should be asked to raise the issue.
Communication with MBC. PM is in correspondence with MBC concerning the level of CIL payments.
Glebe Pond. LPC has agreed that the land will be transferred to Lenham Meadows Trust following remedial works to the pond and surrounding area.
OpenSpaces. PMtosendareminderlettertoMBCfollowinghispreviousrequesttoascertain how MBC will apply the policy within the Maidstone Borough Local Plan relating to open spaces.
PM is in the process of preparing draft letter for the Parish Clerk to forward to Mr Ambrose.
Neighbourhood Development Order. Following discussions, it was agreed to proceed with the production of the present draft Neighbourhood Plan and defer discussions on the matter of a Neighbourhood Development Order
