Allotment lease: remove yearly review and grass cutting around hall area in the final draft.
The Clerk will follow up on the progress of the compost bins for the cemetery.
The tree surgeon has confirmed the costings of the tree works for Royton Avenue and Maidstone Road and will be asked to undertake the works as soon as possible.
The Clerk will ask the tree surgeon why all the trees were not removed from the boundary between Groom way and the Paddocks development.
Charing Parish Council have sent a Hydrology report which may prove useful for the Neighbourhood Plan Group. The report has been circulated for Cllr. consideration.
Parish Service Scheme 2018 – 2019 total amount due £8,074. Grounds maintenance £4,809, War Memorials £150, Play areas £400, Churchyards £215, Public Conveniences £2,500.
The Clerk has circulated the NALC Financial Regulations for Cllr. consideration of adoption.
A card has been received from a resident confirming £500 donation towards the cemetery shed.
The Clerk has sent a ‘thank you’ card for the generous donation.
Cllr. Osborne suggested inviting the Kent Police Commissioner to a parish council meeting.
