The Maidstone Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Regulation 123 List has been reviewed and minor changes are proposed in order to improve clarity and transparency. We are now undertaking a six week formal public consultation on these proposed changes.

We are asking: Do you agree or disagree with the proposed changes to the Regulation 123 List and what are your reasons for this view? Please remember, we are only seeking views on the proposed changes, not the entire content of the Regulation 123 List.

How will you use my data?
All consultation comments will be made publicly available on the consultation portal (https://maidstone-consult.objective.co.uk/portal/) in due course. This is so that interested parties can view all the responses that have been received. Published information will include the comment and responder name. All demographic and contact data will be removed. All data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018. The consultation responses will be used to inform the final revised Maidstone Regulation 123 List and will be reported back to Maidstone Strategic Planning and Infrastructure Committee.
